This function protects the compressor from being damaged due to flowback of the liquid refrigerant to the

compressor when the outdoor temperature is very low.

When the outdoor air tem. thermistor (TH4) on the outdoor unit detects a change in temperature,(below

28.5°C) the outdoor fan speed goes to low speed of the motor.

When the Liquid Pressure decresases and drops below 16 bar,the outdoor fan speed startito gradually slow

down following the line as in the diagram below.

Outdoor fan speed changes more or less according to the liquid pressure,the liquid pressure changes as a

consequence of the outdoor ambient temperature.

When the outdoor temperature goes above 31.5°C,the fan speed goes to the high speed of the motor.
